The Boiler Shop Steamer | Newcastle
So this is something me and my friends do every month and thought it was overdue to go into my blog.
It's a little place located behind Newcastle central station in and old steaming factory.
Inside there's loads of food and drink stalls and a stage where they play live music.
The food is so good - for once, too much to choose from. There's resteraunts there including the fat hippo, longhorn BBQ smokehouse & utter swine. They were joined by El Kantina, electric East, papa ganoush, crepe Lucette, the Cumberland arms and the herb garden.
I mean wow what a choice. There's something there for everyone to enjoy.
For all the beer lovers I think this is a perfect venue as Wylam breweries are there every month with Jack Cains Gin & Ouseburn coffee co.
Everything is locally sourced food and drink which makes it so much better.
For entertainment there's the stage where bands play all evening & there is Ojay outside on bass; who is Newcastle's most known street bassist.
It's held on the first Friday and Saturday of the month and is definitely worth visiting
Here's some snaps of the evening
